Smearbusters.org caught smearing ValuesVoterNews.com and Smearbusters.org update and respectful disagreement. The posts speak for themselves. A great example of respectful disagreement between both sides on the issues. Smearbusters showed respectful disagreement by taking a post on ValuesVoterNews.com off their list of smears and ValuesVoterNews.com show respectful disagreement by reporting how quickly they changed the status of the post to "no smear" and by the positive email conversation that took place.

Did Bush/McCain-like policies or Obama-like policies get us into this Mortgage Mess. Two great announcements for tonight!!!-Much is on this post. Only once since 1856 has the party in the White House managed to retain the presidency when a presidential election occurred during a definable economic downturn..."

Iraq

"ABC's World News last presented a report from Iraq on September 16 -- 23 days ago -- as reporter Jonathan Karl covered the ceremony in which General David Petraeus handed his over his command over to General Ray Odierno. NBC Nightly News last carried a report from Iraq on September 7, more than a month ago. And the CBS Evening News hasn't broadcast a story from Iraq since July 31, 70 days ago."

Bill Ayers

Since Bill Ayers has been in the news much: "Check out this must see video from Indoctrinate U which is very telling. Get a historical context of Bill Ayers from this film that was produce before the elections and is a deleted scene from the movie Indoctrinate U and find out where these violent communist terrorist of the 60's and 70's are now at Deleted Scenes: Terrorist Professors." Whether or not you see a connection between Obama and Ayers feel free to make your decision but what is interesting is where these communist terrorists are now and why it is a ligitimate concern!!!!! Given the fact that Big Media has not taken any time to do any reporting on Obama's past years. Watch these 6 videos which are much more skeptical of Obama then Big Media to see a side of concern over Obama that many Americans are indeed concerned about especially since he is asking for the seat of president!!! It seems if one has only been in Congress for as long as Obama has it seems to be only fair to question his history and if the history is not reported on in Big Media or by the Obama Campaign then it is fair to question that history and to bring it to the attention of the American public as was done below and hope for a response to these concerns and let the American people decide who they are going to believe...

Check the words of an article from 1995 to begin to introduce ACORN and what Obama has to do with it.

Planting Seeds of DisasterACORN, Barack Obama, and the Democratic party -By Stanley Kurtz ‘You’ve got only a couple thousand bucks in the bank. Your job pays you dog-food wages. Your credit history has been bent, stapled, and mutilated. You declared bankruptcy in 1989. Don’t despair: You can still buy a house.” So began an April 1995 article in the Chicago Sun-Times that went on to direct prospective home-buyers fitting this profile to a group of far-left “community organizers” called ACORN, for assistance. In retrospect, of course, encouraging customers like this to buy homes seems little short of madness."-Now ask yourself who would have encouraged such recklessness. Democrats or Republicans. Obama like policies or Bush like policies. As McCain said, "Senator McCain said government-backed mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were the "match that lit [the] fire." "I'll betcha you may never even heard of them before this crisis. But you know, they're the ones that with the encouragement of Senator Obama and his cronies and his friends in Washington that went out and made all these risky loans, gave them to people that couldn't never afford to pay back," said McCain."..."McCain continued that while he was pushing for legislation to stop greed and excess, Senator Obama was becoming the second largest recipient of political donations from Fannie and Freddie in history."

Well documented and factchecked. A must read!!!-An excellent argument against making clear the case that Obama policies would end most if not all the pro-life regulatory laws that have saved many lives of many an unborn thus reducing abortion without having to support Roe vs Wade.

Now out of the economic issues and concerns about the past of history of Obama

What Obama/Democrats and Big Media doesn't want you to hear: Palin making abortion an issue in a Big way in Pennsylvania!!!-Since Big Media gives free air-time for criticisms on McCain it requires grassroots efforts, quick 30 second ads and alot of money to air criticisms of Obama which Big Media conveniently dismiss as negative attack ads. Well check them out for yourself and check out the facts for yourself. On this post is a YouTube ad running CO, PA, MI and Washington DC bringing the issue of the unborn to the minds and homes of many Americans.

"And don't miss the one minute video ads running in Colorado at the bottom of this blog. Must see. One thing that we can thank the Lord for in His good providence is that because Obama is the candidate of Democrat choice the issue of abortion has risen to new levels like never before inspite of the issue of the economy. For the long run this election may be one of the best historical happenings in a long time for the sake of the unborn as the question as to when life begins have been raised again and again...."On Sept. 8, I debated opponents of Amendment 48 on KBDI-Channel 12. Fofi Mendez, who represented the "No on 48 campaign," was asked by the moderator when life begins. She answered, "Individually, we can all determine when life begins." In other words, each person decides. For Mendez, "life" includes being able to breathe and walk. This leaves out newborn babies and anyone in a wheelchair or on a respirator. Her response is simply a further expression of the confused, stale, outdated abortion politics that have dominated the last few decades.""

Read Palin's historic speech and why it is historically providential and a must read. There are links to watch the 30 minute speech in its entirety or to fast forward to her pro-life speech.

New ad for Prop 48 Personhood Amendment on Colorado state ballot-"There is just to much exposure coming out for the unborn this election I can't help but to post more then one today. Normally I post one large post a day but this election is just getting to much to make only a post a day without having to withhold such good ads like these from releasing immediately or without making a huge blog!!! See prior two blogs for today for 5 more ads from this same campaign issue. All of which are excellent!!! I may just have to revise the way I blog and maybe it will be better to post numerous smaller posts a day."

Palin/Stanek/Survivors of an Abortion/The Unborn vs Obama/Time Magazine/MSNBC/AP/Big Media. Big Media missing Farrakhan and Wright comments!!-Many more pro-life video clips from like a telling clip from Alan Keyes that ran against Obama when Obama was running for Senator. Also, a report on Big Media lack of reporting on Obama and his abortion voting record and comments. "TV reporters barely mentioned Obama’s pro-abortion stance during the primaries — from the launch of his candidacy in January 2007 through the end of the primaries in June 2008, just six out of 1,289 network evening news stories about Obama (0.46%) mentioned his position on abortion" and much more. Just scam thru the post yourself to see if anything worthy of passing on to others.

In case you missed these great internet audio updates here are the links!!!-A quick blog posting links to recent teleconferences on the Colorado Personhood Amendment and updates on the 40daysforlife campaign and check this out for irony... "Colorado is the first state to decriminalize abortion and now Colorado has the opportunity to be the first state to constitutionally recognize a person to be a person from conception!!!"

National Right to Life/Caring Outreach/The Unborn vs ABC Radio Network/ABC Chicago/Obama-"If you don't think Big Media is informing the American Public concerning where McCain and Obama stand on pro-life issues check this out. Howard Stern..."

YouTube video of a video that ABC has censored. See if you think that ad should have been censored yourself!!! And check out another ad that ABC is not being allowed to air in Chicago and see for yourself if it should be censored. Basically Big Media won't allow a public discussion on abortion till finally the third debate and now they censore legitimate pro-life ads!!!

"Try this on for size: ABC, CBS, and NBC together have unloaded more than a thousand stories on Obama’s presidential campaign, and we’re still waiting for the first broadcast network TV story devoted to examining Obama’s abortion record."

Both CBS and ABC air a story about a 106 year old catholic nun who is going to vote for Obama with no concern over the church teaching on abortion!!!! Dead silence on that side and that is a BIG issue for catholics!!! And then to top it off..."CBS has described Governor Sarah Palin’s views on abortion as “fierce” several times, but would never apply that adjective"

But in the media that favors "the least of these" it is reported that "Obama has already promised pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and NARAL that he will be their lap dog in the White House and these are the groups leading the effort to pass the bill." What bill is that???? "Pregnancy centers across the country that provide women with abortion alternatives could be shut down or face severe regulations if Barack Obama wins next month. That's because a bill targeting pregnancy centers could easily be approved in a pro-abortion Congress and land on Obama's desk."

And it is also, reported that: "With the election less than three weeks away, a pro-life women's group is targeting 1.3 million pro-life female voters in battleground states.“The future of women and their preborn children hangs in the balance with this election," said Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the Susan B. Anthony List. The group will use mail, phone calls and radio spots to tell voters where candidates stand on abortion.“If the wrong people get elected to the United States Senate and to the White House, we’re going to suffer a terrible blow against our chances to end Roe v. Wade and abortion on demand," said Gary Bauer, founder of the Campaign for Working Families."

And in Northern Ireland..."Attempts by Westminster to force legalised abortion onto the province of Northern Ireland could spark a constitutional crisis, say MLAs. Assembly Member, Pat Ramsey (SDLP), called it "outrageous that British MPs are attempting to impose abortion against the clear wishes of the people of Northern Ireland."Such a move "could collapse the entire Assembly," he told the Irish Catholic newspaper. "I don't think there'd be much point in having an assembly where all the parties are opposed to abortion, but the British Government imposes it anyway."-Like Roe vs Wade in America!!!

Or in Australia..."The Upper House of the Australian state of Victoria voted Thursday night 23 to 17 to remove legal restrictions on abortion. The bill, which passed without amendments, decriminalises abortions up to 24 weeks gestation and has been the subject of acrimonious debate in the Victoria legislature. Under the new law, babies in Victoria may be aborted at will up to 24 weeks gestation after which a mother will need the consent of two doctors. Premier John Brumby said that the law was one that "many women in our state find offensive"....Opponents fear that the unamended bill will make criminals of doctors who have a conscientious objection to abortion....The CHA warned that the Abortion Law Reform Bill would violate the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 in forcing medical professionals to act against their conscience."-See also Eduardo Verastegui and the unborn vs Obama and YouTube when it comes to the Hispanic pro-life values voters, under Internationally "In a meeting last week, Victoria's 15 Catholic hospitals unanimously reinforced Archbishop Hart's opposition to the proposed abortion law."We will not require our doctors to comply with the law. In the event that the bill is passed we will ensure that staff are able to examine their consciences."

Connecticut legalizes same-marriage by a 4-3 decision like in California and where is Big Media!!!-Many more reports that are grossly lacking in Big Media this election and usually thruout the year, also. Makes you wonder how much of a block that Big Media is to Godly Family Values. But that is OK. God's in control like He was when His Son was being ill treated. It all worked for the good of many. Not only are we to respond with the love that God had toward us in Christ to those who oppose His truth but we are also called to expose it in love and hope for Christ-like CHANGE!!! You never know when God is going to call somebody out of Big Media like He has those out of the houses of abortion!!!

Dr Dobson responds to Barbara Walters, Whoopi and The View

Dr. Dobson Sets 'The View' Straight-Here Dobson's response!!! See my report on the Values Voter Summit below. Has nothing to do with racism. Actually many speakers were African American like Michael Steele, Bishop Harry Jackson, Star Parker, Kent Blackwell and probabily many more. I wonder why they didn't mention these reputable African American speakers and why did they make such a point of pointing out only Focus on the Family and not all the other reputable sponsors that had nothing to do with this and actually when found out took that booth away. The point was not to make a racist point but rather to point out how Obama waffles on issues. But either way it was taken down because of the concerns.

You will also, find an email where you can email Barbara Walters your concerns. Here is my Email:

Dear Barbara,

Out of an attempt to maintain good relations amongst the right and the left on the political spectrum I feel "The View" had gone overboard on creating a perception of Focus on the Family Action that was a false perception to your viewers and thus damaging relations amongst many in our politically diverse nation.

I just found out about this today so if your show has made a correction to this perception then great. Please do let me know by emailing me back.

If not then your show is doing just what your show doesn't want to do or at least I don't think so anyways. Maybe "The View" doesn't have good relations amongst conservative in mind and if that is why your show ended up the way it did then fine. What can I do it is your show and not mine and you can do what you like with what is your own?

However, if you are trying to maintain any objectivity and good relations toward conservatives then you may like to have a public correction of this misperception. What should have also been reproted on your show for balance sake and true perception sake is that this Values Voter Summit was in no way racist as evidenced by Bishop Harry Jackson, Star Parker, Michael Steele, Dr Alveda King (Dr Martin Luther King Jr's Niece!!!! at an event sponsored by Focus on the Family Action) and Kent Blackwell and probabily others all of which are African American. I think that is a very important point when one is relating racism to a political event and those sponsoring it.

I bet that if this were a liberal event that none of this would have been reported on your show or at least not without giving another side to the story like simply pointing out the many African American reputable speakers at the event.

Your show only hurts relations when your show did not report this situation fairly. I hope you come to find it within yourself to consider an apology or not even an apology just a simple update to present further facts about the Values Voter Summit.

If I were to watch that episode and that is all I heard of conservatives and the Values Voter Summit and Focus on the Family Action I would come to a very false impressions of these groups and when I found out about the false impression I would then be coming to a very true reality of liberal bias on "The View".

Please do respond to my email in some fashion. Thank you very much, TB

State by State Senate races getting tight for Colorado and New Mexico

New Mexico update:-Pearce closest he has ever been according to Rasmussen polls:

Also, Pearce lets TV audience know where Udall stood twice voting to not ban Partial Birth Abortion. A ban that was held up to be constitutional by the Supreme Court. So no constitutional excuses that this may overturn Roe vs Wade on this one.

07/25/2008 Rasmussen poll update-Pearce gains 3 percentage points from June poll but still well behind Udall. 59% to 34%.
08/20/2008 Rasmussen poll update-Pearce gains ground on Rasmussen Poll from last months Rasmussen Poll. 51% to 41% still in favour of Udall.

Arizona update:

There is not Senate race this year for Arizona but there are 3 congressional races and all I have been able to muster up so far is below"

Here is a conservative voter guide from Arizona Catholic Conference-it looks like the democrats running for all 3 position in Arizona failed to answer the survey while all Republicans did. This should tell you that Democrats in the congress in Arizona are not concerned with Values Voter Issues whereas Republicans are. So keep this in mind as you vote for you congressional politician.

McCain vs Obama in the polls

By the way McCain seemed to loose his lead and was down 5 points and then they tied and the last I checked Obama is up by 3 points in the polls and up in the electoral college by the 3 polling groups I know of. http://www.pollster.com/, http://www.fivethirtyeight.com/ and http://www.electoral-vote.com/.

Pro-Life

What ABC, CBS, NBC and PBS are sadly missing? Planned Parenthood removes offensive videos after we the people instead of YouTube have censored it!!!-A powerful 5 minute slide video recording Obama's own words in the Illinois Senate over the Born Alive Infant Protection Act. This is a powerful video plus more... Like Planned Parenthood taking down some nasty videos on their web site because of complaints and exposing of these videos to the public by "we the people" as opposed to censorship by YouTube.com (see how YouTube and Google are censoring "we the people" at Story of abortion Dr to Pro-life Doctor that will put you in tears and draws attention to facts that are largely missed in Big Media. and scroll down to You Tube, Google and Obama vs the unborn and The Christian Institute takes on Google and wins over ban on abortion ads!!!. Also, a great 24 minute interview with Dr Alveda King, Dr Martin Luther Kings niece who is a hero fo the unborn and the faith!!! She has great words of wisdom on this issue. Herself being one who had committed abortion but found grace and forgiveness in Christ!!!

Can we trust Factcheck.org on Gianna and Obama ads!!!-Jill Stanek documents how Factcheck.org needs some fact checking itself concerning Gianna Jessen and the http://www.bornalivetruth.org/.

Story of abortion Dr to Pro-life Doctor that will put you in tears and draws attention to facts that are largely missed in Big Media.-This was a very touching post for me!!! I was in tears over this issue but decided to post it though it may be graphic just so others may relate why this issue is so concerning to some. Check a video that was censored by YouTube and then check out a far more graphic video that was not censored by YouTube. The only difference is the one censored had Obama in it. Hmm? Also, check out videos censored by YouTube about Planned Parenthood. Hmm? Is this how YouTube and Google and Big Media want to go down in the history books as opposing efforts that the Great, great grandson of William Wilberforce supports .

Denver Post vs the legacy of William Wilberforce, other christians and the unborn-Great statement from great, great grandson of William Wilberforce as he endorses the Colorado Personhood amendment and the pro-life movement.

BornAliveTruth.org all over the news and Kansas Abortion Timeline as the first ever Attorney General to take on Planned Parenthood and Dr Tiller

http://www.40daysoflife.org/ -You can get on the email list for updates of this event. 7 babies have been saved in the first 3 days!!!

Religious Freedom

What Big Media doesn't want you to know about? Historic Sunday in Churches across the nation and 20 recent First Amendment Case Victories.-"The point of the Pulpit Initiative is very simple: the IRS should not be the one making the decision by threatening to revoke a church’s tax-exempt status. We need to get the government out of the pulpit...Churches were completely free to preach about candidates from the day that the Constitution was ratified in 1788 until 1954. That’s when the unconstitutional rule known as the ‘Johnson Amendment’ was enacted." Also, "20 First Amendment Victories in 4 months and most of those in just the last 2 months.."

I would suggest all if you have opportunity to watch or listen to in the back ground as you are working the Values Voter Summit (Click here to view video archives). You can watch the videos in parts by speaker.

Highlights for me of the summit:

Michael Steele had a great laid out logically and calm inspiring rational speech I was impressed with.

Joe Gibbs (ex Washington Redskin football coach) who also spoke at the Republican National Convention just about gives an altar call.

There was a womens panel discussing Palin.

Newt Gingrich had a great speech concerning Oil and Economy and the more political side but many other good comments.

Stephen Baldwin (actor) was great in his exposing of Hollywood and Entertainment industry. I was awestruck by how the advertisers for TV shows are going after the youth of America with horrible advertisements like one that uses Internet chat slang terms like OMFG in their advertisements. Powerful message!!!

Lila Rose who is the college student who took her hidden cameras into Planned Parenthood to expose deception at Planned Parenthood so much so that YouTube has censored their videos which you can find at http://www.liveactionfilms.org/.

Sean Hannity (who is on Fox and has his own talk radio show) had a great speech. A little slow at first but the second half of the speech was excellent exposing the Big Media explaining why FoxNews and talk radio are so successful.

Jill Stanek (the Christian nurse who testified before Obama concerning the Born Alive Infant Protection Act, Dr Alveda King (Dr Martin Luther Kings Jr's Niece) and Phil Kline (the first Attorney General to go after Planned Parenthood). These all were great speeches. Must hear speeches.

Alan Sears of ADF. They have beat the ACLU better then 3 out of every 4 times in religious liberty cases and are ready to take the IRS to court if they interfere with Pulpit Freedom Sunday (see above). This all inspite of having a fraction of the funding that the ACLU has!!! A very encouraging speech.

And much much more....

Congressional/Senate Races and Ballot Initiatives '08 by State Updates at ValuesVoterNews.com

I have made some updates to Races and Ballot Initiatives in Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona since most of you are in those states, however, I next look forward to working on Texas and then keep these 4 continually updated for you all.

How valuable is your Values Vote? Liberal Media Bias

Notice what's ignored in the media: Voters most interested in Obamas' Position on Abortion, Obamas' Faith with no Wright, Success in Iraq and Africa

Also, I noticed on http://www.valuesvoternews.com/ that the page on my site called Obama and the Born Alive Infant Protection Act? has been the most accessed page and the most time spent on from people just doing a search on google or elsewhere on that subject (not from google or yahoo advertising or my emails). I got 8 hits in less then 24 hours on 06/26/2008 to the 27th and this is even after the fact that my web site has only been out there with less then a month at a time. Now I have yet to get any further inquires into that page but I moved it up to July to see if it makes any difference. But this was not my first page on the blog either at the time. So this issue of specifically the Born Alive Infant Protection Act may be of some controvesy along with other abortion concerns about Obama.

Obama on Abortion

Obama denies protection for infants of botched abortions-"Pro-life blogger Jill Stanek recently wrote a column for WorldNetDaily.com titled "Obama's biggest lie about supporting infanticide." She points out Obama actively opposed the Born Alive Infants Protection Act for three years in the Illinois senate. "He voted against it. He was the sole senator speaking against it on the [Illinois] senate floor [for] two years. And the third year, he held the bill from being considered altogether in committee and killed the bill," Stanek contends. She says Obama's explanation for opposing the Illinois bill does not pass the straight-face test because, as a committee chairman, he blocked the measure's sponsor from adding the federal language protecting Roe vs. Wade. That federal provision says the bill does not deny or add rights to the species Homo sapiens before birth. Stanek fought to stop "live-birth abortion" after holding a live aborted baby at a Chicago-area hospital where she worked as a registered nurse...."Barack Obama is now saying that, had that provision been in the Illinois bill he would have voted for it, which is absolutely false – because in 2003, the senate sponsor tried to add that provision and Barack Obama, as the chairman of the committee where the bill was being held, disallowed him from adding that provision, disallowed me from testifying, disallowed the committee from even voting on it. So, it sat in committee for 22 months," Stanek explains. She reveals it was not until Obama left the Illinois Senate that the Illinois Born Alive Infants Protection Act passed in August of 2005."

Vote in an online poll: Do you find inconsistency in Barack Obama's professed Christian faith and his support for abortion on demand?- Yes or no. I bet you this will be one of the most lop sided and most voted on poll to date on this conservative news source web site!!!!

Christian Group Launches "Abortion President" Campaign against Barack Obama-"Senator Obama's views on abortion are so radical that he even wants American citizens to pay for them. This would include Catholics, Evangelicals and all people of faith. He would also expand abortion rights through his passionate support of The Freedom of Choice Act....Obama campaign spokesman Hari Sevugan sent out the following statement: "Barack Obama understands that the best way to reduce the need for abortions is to reduce the number of unintended pregnancies. He is committed to commonsense solutions to achieve that objective and to changing the tone of the discourse which for too long has devolved into false and negative attacks such as this that do nothing to accomplish that goal"- It would be nice to point out the falsity of the attack please see Edwards, Obama Pledge Abortion Support (At the Planned Parenthood Action Fund presidential candidate forum earlier this week, the John Edwards and Barack Obama campaigns promised to include abortion coverage in their universal health care plans!!!). Obama would have us as most all democrats pay for abortion here and overseas. Secondly, it is negative as it should be. Thirdly, it is a partial birth abortion really the result of an unwanted pregnancy in the sense that he is speaking due to sexual promiscuity (see below).

Obama's Abortion Kerfuffle-"My only point is that in an area like partial-birth abortion having a mental, having a health exception can be defined rigorously. It can be defined through physical health, It can be defined by serious clinical mental-health diseases. It is not just a matter of feeling blue."- Obama. Oh yes the compassion of Obama and women during a PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION which is banned by the Supreme Court of the US and all other countries in this world!!! Are we not forever and always forgetting about the compassion that is forever and always missing toward the unborn human beings in these discussions???? There is no way Obama will get my faith based vote. No way. Unless he changes his view on this subject and others and make it public before all without dispute. I have actually prayed for that!!! Who knows!!!! He also says "historically I have been a strong believer in a women's right to choose with her doctor, her pastor and her family". Again how family of Obama!!! What advice to her daughters would Obama give in supporting his own daughters right to choose if "they make a mistake" that results in a pregnancy if we only took a speech he made some time ago into consideration.

Would he advise a) not to have an abortion thus reducing one abortion, b) to have the abortion if she chooses so because after all he is "a stong believer in a women's right to choose with her doctor, her pastor and" himself or c) MIT Pro-Life students vs Obamas' "moral" concern for his once unborn daughters and hearty empathetic Judges (scroll down to 2nd video). If the video doesn't work cause the last I checked it doesn't then just you tube "punished with a baby". You may also click here: Obama Says He Doesn't Want His Daughters Punished with a Baby for the answer which is c) "But if they make a mistake, I don't want them punished with a baby." Now I hope that Obama wouldn't give that advice or give such a view of the situation to his daughters. In one sense it is a consequence of a sexually promiscous action but never at the expense of that unborn babies life (TALK ABOUT AN UNJUST PUNISHMENT!!! What did he or she ever do???). If one concieve of a baby as a punishment for bad actions an individual makes how much more should that same one understand the punishment of the innocent, period. Let us turn the tables, flip the coin, butter the otherside of the pancake and throw syrup all over it and respond to Obama and throw the comments that he threw at the unborn child right back at him and say if "they make a mistake I don't want the innocent unborn child punished either"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What did he/she ever do? Talk about social uncompassionate injustice to its lowest stooping degree to the most innocent/voiceless/poorest/helpless members of all in our societies and yet today we violated their most basic right of all rights the RIGHT TO LIFE. And then to hear Obama speak as he does attempting to belittle the concerns of those for the unborn by claiming he wants to only reduce abortions with no talk about the unborn at all, to some of us it makes us not fee so well (PC for sick)....But I will still pray for him no matter what!!!

Please do respond just to let me know if anything that you did get this email. Thank you so much for your time and consideration. God bless you and yours...

Dear Citizen Link,

I was wondering why you all do not send out state by state voter guides. My mother this year voted for Heather Wilson for the Republican nominee and if she just knew that Heather voted for funding for Planned Parenthood and Steve Pearce vote against funding for Planned Parenthood she would have voted for Steve Pearce. Now I know partially it is her fault. I even sent out an email to her about this issue and apparently she missed it and she should be more concerned of her vote but life gets busy and voting can be an overwhelming issue. I know many as I used to be that just don't care about the nominee process but here in NM the republican nominee is very important. If Heather Wilson is our only option then we have another dilemma of having to cast a compromising vote for US Senate in NM like we have with McCain. Now I know you all send out or advertise voter guides but maybe close to election time you all can send out or advertsie something for each state on the issues even for the nominee process and maybe advertise each state to each other state or something so that friends in one state can get the info to friends in other states and it would be nice to have the candidates side by side on the values issues. So many people just wait till after the republican nominee is decided and then vote afterwards for that republican which sometimes doesn't benefit a true Republican nominee. This is the first year I have participated in the Republican nominee process in my state and have found it to be very important and very similar to this years presidential republican nomination. I am a New Mexican and I have some friends in Colorado and I have heard of the recent bill SB 200 and I am in unbelief of it even though here in NM we had that photographer case as you all are probabily aware of. And I sent the below email out to them. Now I know that you can't have an email that persuades a vote up or down on any candidate but I was a little disappointed when all you all did was talk about how bad the bill is (which is true) but not let anybody know any names or who voted up or down. Below I found a voter record site that gave me that info and I passed it on to my friends in Colorado but without me I don't know if they would really know who to vote for in their nominee process or if the nominees are already decided in Colorado who to vote for in November. But since I don't live in Colorado I may be ignorant as to how you all work out there. But is it wrong to air on the radio who exactly voted for and against this bill and who sponsored it on your radio show. This will accomplish 1) that it is highly democrat 2) that in the house even some republicans voted for this so republican voters can be aware 3) if anything bad comes out of this bill then all will know who to blame. Today I do not assume that my friends are educated in political matters at all even my christian friends. Anyways, I thank you for taking the time to view this email. Sorry for being so long but below is that email that I sent out to my friends in Colorado and I believe in addition to the possibility of sexual predators in bathrooms I believe a good argument below is made for why men should go to mens bathrooms and women to womens mainly out of respect for other sexes and I am sure a lawsuite will come out of this arguing privacy between sexes somehow if somebody of an oppoiste sex enters the bathroom of his/her opposite sex...

I am so sorry for my grammar and my longwindedness. I am awful in both areas. So please do forgive my running on sentences and saying the same thing over and over at times..

Hey Coloradoans (making up my own words),

Check out below who voted for or against this (in my opinion) unconstitutional bill (see below comments on ACLU's position on this bill).

I send this to all just for information purpose but am more interested in letting those of you that live in Colorado know who in your state actually voted for and against this bill that allows opposite sex's into bathrooms of their opposite sex. I sure don't want my daughter using a restroom and possibly be exposed to the privates of a member of the opposite sex. I find that completely inappropriate for members of the opposite sex's to be in a position for this exposure. But whatever....I am just blown away by this legislation and how rude it is for those on our opposite side to take it this far. Even if I were gay/transgender I would understand that bathroom privacy between sex's should be honoured. I wouldn't support legislation that would invade the privacy of an opposite sex. I would respect the privacy of a woman even if I weren't attracted to that sex. I mean imagine being a gay man and walking into a bathroom of the opposite sex and the women in that bathroom acting a little uncomfortable and then you interpret that as discrimination/bigotry etc etc and expect them to be completely normalized that a man is in the bathroom with her. Good luck. This is absolutely disrespectful and rude. And that is the flaw in this legislation. It absolutely violates privacy between sex's in the place needed most, the bathroom. This is just plain out right rude legislation and absolutely unconsiderate/intolerant of peoples sexual exposure/privacy between sex's considerations...This has nothing to do with discrimination whatsoever if a woman wants to use a restroom with members of their same sex that is their preference for obvious privacy reason and she doesn't have to think she is a discriminator and if an employer wishes to respect her right to privacy then he/she doesn't need to be viewed as a bigot. Also there are religious reason why one would not desire to be in a position to expose herself to a member of the opposite sex even if they are heterosexual. Maybe a man has a religious conviction to not depants himself before another women even if they were heterosexual. This has nothing to do with sexual orientation discrimination but rather an understanding that the bathroom is not a place to judge peoples motives its a place of obviously needed privacy between sex's....Let women go to the womens bathroom and let men do the same and please out of respect for both let only women go to womens bathrooms and men only go to mens bathrooms...And keep in mind that a public accomodation is much more then just a bathroom. You have locker rooms and much more so good luck Colorado keeping your sexes unexposed to the opposite sex whether hetero or homo...

I can see a lawsuite coming in the future if one does actually go into the bathroom of his/her opposite sex for some sort of invasion of privacy between sex's to strike down this bill...

And if you don't think this bill applies to bathrooms check out the publics understand here on this DenverPost online AP article. And then check out the comments mostly negative toward Dobson on the conservative side of this issue and what they think and notice no rebuttal that this doesn't apply to bathrooms and actually some would find my argument above as ludicrous though some favoured it. So conservative Coloraoans on this issue you are not without your opponents at the ballot box!!!

And lastly but just as importantly, check out these comments by the ACLU,-This is from a Colorado Family action site that may be of interest to you out in Colorado concerning comments made by the ACLU on this bill.

""One may practice one's religion in private; however, once a religious person comes into the public arena, there are limitations in how the expression of their religion impacts others...."

OK, then. What according to the ACLU is a most heinous practice of religious expression that is so heinous that it should be limited in the public?????????

"If your house of worship rents to the public its other facilities, you have to rent to everybody - you can't discriminate."-Cathryn Hazouri's, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union, testimony given before the Colorado House Judiciary Committee."

Yeah. And I am sure our founding fathers would agree (sarcastically)!!!! The only thing that makes these practices heinous are bills like this....Which should tell you something about the bill? It's unconstitutional for it clearly violates the 1st amendment. I am so looking forward to one of these bills being challenged in our newly Bush appointed courts...We finally have judges that would not allow a 1st amendment right to be trampled so easily...

Also, I go to BSF (Bible Study Fellowship) at a church that is allowing its facility to be used for BSF which is not part of the church itself. Because a church allows BSF to use their church for other religious purposes does this now mean they have to allow its facility to be used by homosexual political agendicist which is exact opposite opposed to their values. Now I believe they amended this bill to not include houses of worship but you can see where some on the otherside would like to take it and where it would have gone except some in the house opposed the ACLU's comments!!! The original bill by sponsored by Democrat Senator Jennifer Veiga did not have the bill so amended!!!

Sexual Orientation Nondiscrimination Senate-Voting record in Colorado Senate on this bill. Strait party line Democrats for/Republicans against.

Sexual Orientation Nondiscrimination House -Voting record in Colorado House. Note that this bill is in no way bypartisan and heavily democrat favoured though some republicans (make sure it's not the one you voted for).

SB200-The actual final bill itself with amendments noted. This bill should of had a religious conscious clause amendment allowing business like photography studios/journalist/freelance writers etc etc not to have to use their business talents for things that would propagate something contrary to their own conscience which is a big issue in Canada right now due to these laws/bills. We know what happened in NM because of this but is being challenged and appealed hopefully right up to the Supreme Court that will be more 1st Amendment minded then these states are. See notes on that NM case here on my email sent out on 04/09/2008, 04/13/2008 and especially the most up to date facts on 04/18/2008.

And to top it all off check this out:

Colorado governor okays open bathrooms-"Colorado lawmakers also slapped voters in the face with a provision that PROHIBITS A PUBLIC REFERENDUM or PETITION drive to overturn the law. Hausknecht says the only choice Colorado voters have now is to send people to the legislature that will act to reverse the law."-or in some way take it to court!!!

You can get the email for your elected officials by clicking on http://www.afa.net/ and then highlight Activism and then click on "elected officials" and you should be able to follow directions from there. For some reason the site is not working properly right now so I couldn't give you an easier link.

I am really interested to see how a majority of Colorado voters vote this next election after the moral unconstitutional crisis of the last 2 years under democrat control.

But to end with GREAT GOOD NEWS. Check this out:

'Person' or 'Persons' shall include any human from the time of fertilization-"For the first time in US history, the issue of personhood will be decided in the public forum by a constitutional amendment....Colorado for Equal Rights has demonstrated an unparalleled grassroots effort thus far, with likely more volunteer circulators than any other ballot initiative in the State's history....This victory is the voice of the people and all credit goes our Creator"

Wow. I am now even more looking forward to seeing how Colorado votes. Get out their Colorado!!! As you probabily already know, your vote really really really counts a whole lot more then the liberal non reporting media may have you as a conservative believe. Get registered and get voting but vote being informed not only by the liberal point of view/issues which most media outlets provide but also with the conservative point of view/issues and you decide what to prioritize!!!! I know not all agree with my point of view or emphasis of issue but at the same time it can't hurt to be informed from a side that is continually under attack of suppression in the public arena in my opinion and thus the reason why I desire to inform and may be a little obsessed and state sometimes the obvious cause I assume not the obvious given the majority of pop media/hollywood/pop music/public education etc etc of today. So if it is obvious to you send my emails to others that may be lacking this important info in their voting decisions and what you don't agree with or can't stand the grammar of edit out and if its not so obvious to you at least you know why I am obsessed. :)

Take care all and love yah all...

Take care all and love yah all...

I reported on this earlier today to you all in a quick email and here is another quick update!!! It's Colorado State law. The Governor signed the legislation. Unbelievable!!! A once red state (republican) gone blue (democrat) and here are your consequences!!!

Dr Dobson comments:

Dr. James Dobson, founder and chairman of Focus on the Family, issued this statement late today after Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter signed SB 200: "Who would have believed that the Colorado state Legislature and its governor would have made it fully legal for men to enter and use women's restrooms and locker-room facilities without notice or explanation?

"Henceforth, every woman and little girl will have to fear that a predator, bisexual, cross-dresser or even a homosexual or heterosexual male might walk in and relieve himself in their presence. The legislation lists every conceivable type of organization to which this law applies, including restaurants, bathhouses, massage parlors, mortuaries, theaters and 'public facilities of any kind.' Those who would attempt to protect females from this intrusion are subject to a fine of up to $5,000 and up to one year behind bars.

"This is your government in action. It represents a payback to Tim Gill and two other billionaires who have essentially 'bought' state legislators with enormous campaign contributions. Coloradans deserve better!

"And by the way, because of the way this bill is written, it is not subject to the initiative process. There is no recourse."
