Since it is the week of the day of remembrance of Dr. Martin Luther King celebration. I thought this was applicable.

Final Solution-Movie. Great movie concerning this subject based on a true story contextualized in South Africa I believe rather then America. You can find the dramatized movie and autobiography documentary trailers.

An interesting article by Dr Charles Ware concerning equating gay and lesbian rights to that of the civic rights movement in question. http://www.answersingenesis.org/articles/am/v2/n1/trading-truth-for-tolerance

The 1950 Jackie Robinson Story. The true story of the 1st African American (I hope that is not the offensive way to say it. Let me know Jason!!!!) baseball player to play professionally. I just saw this a couple of nights ago and really enjoyed it. Thought I would pass it on to you all. And of course there are other great movies along this lines like Remember the Titans and the one about the El Paso basketball team but I can't remember the name of it. But you all probabily have already scene those so I picked out some movies that aren't so known. Oh and by the way Jackie Robinson plays himself in this movie which is pretty cool that he took timeout from his baseball career to tell this story in a theatrical and public context.

End of the Spear- Movie. Great movie about a true story of love and forgiveness between two different people groups/cultures and much more. I suggest also watching the special features and the bonding between two opposite people groups from different cultures. This true story was also featured as a 10 page story in Life magazine when these events first played out but this story has so much more then the events that made the story famous.
